Are you passionate about IT, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding support? Do you enjoy identifying the root cause of a problem, and seeing your hard work resulting in IT solutions?

From a Tech perspective, you'll ideally need to have knowledge in the following areas:

  • Aderant/iManage/BigHand
  • ITIL Service Management
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Understanding of ITIL service management processes
  • Ability to effectively engage with 3rd party suppliers
  • Working to SLA's
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
This role is working for a professional services business in the heart of Nottingham.
