Description

The Wokingham Community Older Adults Mental Health Team is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Mental Health Practitioner with a relevant professional qualification (Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist) to join our friendly and innovative Memory Clinic.

This is a developmental role


Your base would be Wokingham Community Hospital where we have access to free parking facilities, staff room and a friendly and welcoming team.

There is also the opportunity for hybrid working with a balance of office based and remote working.
