RJ Energy Consultants are a family run consultancy firm which provides expert building regulations and planning consultancy services for the built and sustainable environment.

We work with a range of clients from local self-builders and architects to national developers, delivering high quality advice and accurate energy assessments.

• Liaising with clients
• Producing SAP/SBEM assessments and EPCs on projects throughout the UK
• Consulting on building designs to aid in compliance with Building Regulations
• Consulting on low energy projects, including assisting with Passivhaus projects.
• Undertaking/assisting with air tightness testing on local projects (company vehicle will be provided)
• Assisting with overheating assessments and thermal bridging analysis.

• Qualifications in either OCDEA, NDEA, air tightness testing and/or acoustic testing.
• Two years' experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with building regulations throughout the UK in particular in relation to energy use (Scotland Section 6/England and Wales Part L).
• Good attention to detail and be technically minded.
