Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Are you a qualified higher level teaching assistant looking for a new role from January 2023?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HLTA to join a friendly team in a primary school in Belvedere, Bexley.

We require a strong and qualified higher level teaching assistant who can work across KS1/KS2. You will be covering planned absences and allowteachers time to plan and mark.

In this role, you will be working across the school, however you will predominately be working within Year 5/Year 6.

One of your responsibilities will be to deliver the national curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils,school policies and strategies.

You will also be asked to work both independently and collaboratively with teaching staff in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.

Also, to deliver learning to individuals, small groups, and whole classes as and when requiredwithin agreed systems of supervision.

Teaching Assistant - Main Responsibilities

Covering classes/lessons
Deliver the national curriculum to classes
Work both independently and collaboratively with teaching staff
Deliver learning to individuals and small groups
Working across KS1/KS2

Teaching Assistant - Information on the role:

Monday
Friday
8:30am 4:00pm

- £90 - £110 per a day (paid depending on experience)

Long term / permanent contract
Primary School in Bexley
January 2023 start date
