Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator?
Curlett Jones Estates is a market leading Estate and Letting Agent in Liverpool, Newcastle and Southport.
Due to huge expansion of the business, we are looking for an experienced person to join our growing Waterloo branch in Liverpool.
Located just 30 minutes from Ormskirk and Southport and 15 minutes from central Liverpool.
This is an exciting time to join the team, with three branches, in Southport (Head Office) Liverpool and Newcastle.

Job Role
- Answering calls and supporting clients
- Booking Property Viewings and dealing with enquiries
- Liaising with Property Viewing Representatives and ensuring they are organised and booked
- Booking valuations and dealing with offers for both vendors and buyers
- Generating new business leads
- Estate Agency experience
- Be extremely organised
- Able to work as part of a team
- Be able to use own initiative
- Being an effective communicator
- Having an approachable and confident manner with the team and clients
- Excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
In return you will be entitled to:
- Salary up to £20,000
- Commission
- Mileage 0.45p
- 24 days annual leave

Up to £20,000.00 per year
