Our client, a market leading business with an impressive customer base is looking to source a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join its talented team on a part time basis.


The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the finance team processing invoices, liaising with internal departments and suppliers, and responding to queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main bank accounts are reconciled on a weekly basis;
bank account reconciliations on accounting software;

  • Manage the finance mailbox
  • Process all invoices
  • Maintain POs raised
  • Process supplier payments and any other ad hoc online banking payments
  • Act as first point of contact A/P queries from other departments and suppliers, escalating issues where necessary;
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Support processes and procedures improvement
  • General ad hoc duties to support the Finance Team.
