Job type:
Full Time, Permanent


Shift Patterns: 35 hours per week, working on a rota basis. Mainly 8am - 4pm and a weekly later shift, 10am-6pm / 1pm-9pm shift. Overtime available.

Salary:
£ £21000 plus £720 supplement per annum once successful probation completion

The impact you will have
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer care. This will include dealing with inbound calls, acting as the voice of Arjo.

You will engage with our internal and external customers assisting them with their rental orders of medical beds and mattresses, as well as their collections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handling incoming calls relating to the installation, delivery and cancellation of our rental equipment in line with our Customer Service guidelines
  • Accurately input orders and cancellations through our computerised SAP system in line with customer timescales
  • Liaise with our fieldbased Rental Technicians and other relevant contacts to ensure the successful delivery of beds and mattresses
  • Manage customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Ensure the customer is updated throughout the order process
  • Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Work towards departmental targets and KPI's in line with the objectives set

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:


  • Excellent telephone manner (essential).
  • Experience in a customer service environment, either office based or retail (essential).
  • You must have excellent listening skills and good communication skills.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Must be PC literate with good keyboarding skills and knowledge of MS Office namely Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Effective team player
  • A positive 'can do' attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values.

Please note:

The contact centre is open 24/7 and you will therefore be required to work evenings and weekends as part of the rota that you will be required to adhere to.
