The Business

Nigel Wright are recruiting for a fast-growing business based near Stokesley who are recruiting an Assistant Finance Manager, providing a clear progression pathway from transactional level to management level.


The Role

You will be involved with the managing and development of a small Finance team gaining exposure to both sides of the ledger with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.


Accounts Payable:

  • Invoice processing
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Credit note processing

Accounts Receivable:

  • Reconciliations
  • Journal processing
  • Banking and petty cash

The Person

Essential:


  • Previous experience working in a Finance function
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain stakeholder relationships

Beneficial:


  • Experience using Xero software
  • Experience using SAGE software
  • Experience of Payroll / VAT

The Details:


  • Paying around £30,000
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am5:30pm
  • Option to work from home one day per week
  • Onsite parking
  • 28 days holiday
