Therefore, we are looking for a HR advisor or generalist, who knows their way around serious and complex employee relations matters.

Someone who is qualified but, more importantly, has experience partnering with colleagues and senior leadership teams to achieve results.

In this role, you will be working closely with clients and will be treated as an extension of their team, working on the ground.

So, if you have gained experience by working as an outsourced advisor before or having worked in a multi-site/department business, this would be an advantage.

You will be dealing with the different aspects of the employee lifecycle and getting stuck into projects and training; supporting busy clients (at differing levels of seniority), troubleshooting and being diplomatic, but firm.
