We are looking for a
Security Guard to ensure the security of our sites is upheld through providing a professional and efficient security service.

These vitally important roles are a great opportunity to learn, and be part of, how security works across a world class sports stadium and associated sites.

You'll contribute and help improve our security by monitoring our premises to prevent theft or other illegal activities and also ensure that all buildings are secure after normal business hours.

Your day-to-day

Monitor and control access to our sites for all of our staff, visitors and contractors.
Keep records of all people on club sites up to date, while conducting searches of visitors, vehicles and areas when necessary.
Liaise with and educate other members of staff regarding visitors and potential security issues.
Assist with the opening and ongoing management of specific areas of Emirates Stadium, the Community Hub, Youth Academy site at Hale End and the Training Ground at London Colney, ensuring that the security of the buildings and wellbeing of all workers and customers using club premises are maintained.
Remain vigilant towards any security or terrorism threat and to escalate any suspicious behavior.
Assist with emergency evacuations where required ensuring compliance with any health & safety, regulatory and statutory procedures.
Please note, we are looking for 2 new Security Guards working nightshifts. One role will be based at the Emirates Stadium and the other role will be based at our London Colney training ground._

What we are looking for

An understanding of major sporting events.
Someone proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Previous training in counter terrorism including ACT.
Someone with a SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence.
Experience of working within an 'inner city' environment and familiar with handling the type of challenges that may be presented.
Someone who is friendly and a strong communicator.
Excellent relationship building skills with people of all levels, and who is always looking to be a team player.
