Description
The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful service engineer are as follows:

  • Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA
  • Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
  • Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
  • Working towards a firsttimefix
  • Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience of vending of coffee machine engineering
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Full and clean UK drivers license

Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will a vehicle, fuel card, all tools, and a tablet and phone.

Previous experience as a field service engineer in the coffee or vending industry is essential for this this position.
