What's it all about?


Reporting to the Head of People and working closely with the People Operations and Experience Lead your role will be multifaceted as you would expect in a People Experience role.

Working across people operations (that offers flexibility and choice to enable our employees to do their best work) and partnering with our junior people managers (to help them effectively coach and manage their teams in areas such as performance and progression).


You will take ownership of Hibob (HRIS) with a focus on developing the system to be our central source of truth, and manage our external partner Zinc (DBS).

As we are an agile team you will have the opportunity to create and build upon existing policy & processes & to help us deliver a great, inclusive people experience.

The Day to Day

  • Ownership of our HRIS (Hibob) finding ways to improve automation and ensure it serves as a one stop shop for all employee information
  • Triaging and providing day to day support for our people across areas such as benefits, sick, pay etc
  • Managing the day to day administration of some of our flexible benefits & perks
  • Creation of Inclusive People Policies and Process aligned with business needs
  • Work with the HOP to create relevant people analytics for senior leadership
  • Partnering with our junior people managers to give guidance and coaching across all areas such as performance & pay.
  • Helping to drive multiple company ED&I initiatives such as our DRIIVE committee and Affinity networks

Requirements:


Who will you be?

  • Someone who is approachable and able to build trust and respect quickly when responding to confidential or sensitive issues.
  • Someone with a high level of EQ, able to adapt to situations and lead with empathy
  • Someone with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to see and make process improvements.
  • Someone who has worked within a people team before and understands how to prioritise people's needs and business needs simultaneously
  • Someone who has demonstrable years of experience in being the owner of 'HiBob' in either a standalone or smallteam setting
  • Someone who is a thoughtful communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to adapt your style to different audiences and in different contexts.
