Operam Education are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in schools across the East Midlands (Locations Above). We have both Day-2-Day and Long Term placements available. We can offer both full time and part time roles to suit your flexibility and requirements.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes in the event of the teacher being absent and ensuring that all students are engaged and on task.

Other duties as a Cover Supervisor include:

Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Report any potential safeguarding concerns
Make sure classrooms are left tidy at the end of the lesson
