Receptionist/Admin assistant (Part time)
J & G Wilson, Solicitors & Estate Agents, are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to multi-task and can work on their own or as part of a team.
We are keen to hear from applicants who are looking for a part time position. The working hours for this post are Monday to Thursday from 1pm to 5pm and Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
Role:
To cover reception and provide admin support to our legal and property teams and our Practice Manager.
Here is a brief summary of some of the key aspects of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate member of staff.
- Receiving visitors to the office and providing a welcoming environment.
- To assist in office duties and support the day to day running of the office by typing, filing and other clerical work.
- Arranging appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Arranging viewings of properties being marketed by the firm and providing assistance to the Estate Agency Manager as required.
- Assisting with website content management and social media management.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience in an office role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Excellent face to face and telephone client interaction skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel social media platforms, etc
- Good organisation skills
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 23 per week
