About the role
We are currently looking for an Accreditation Advisor to join our busy team here at Northumbrian Water.
You'll report to the Accreditation Manager and help play a key part in ensuring that we maintain the quality of the service we provide to internal and external customers as well as our many regulators.
You'll ensure that scheduled audits are completed as requested and ensure that actions arising from audit findings are closed out in a timely manner.
About you
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and can produce clear, effective, and reliable reports.
You'll be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
Being able to work closely with others is essential as well as being able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be comfortable analysing data and have great computer skills including Microsoft packages.Proven experience in a scientific environment is essential as well as a HNC in a scientific discipline although relevant experience will also be considered.
