We have three branches within the Worthing area and our Lettings & Property Management department is currently looking to recruit We are looking for a keen, dynamic and resilient individual to join our block management team where you will be supporting the team with all aspects of property management relating to whole blocks of flats, as well as houses of multiple occupancy.

Full Job Description:


This is a varied and interesting role giving the successful applicant the opportunity to gain a broad understanding and practical experience of the Lettings and Block Management industry.

In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department, which includes regular communication with landlords, tenants and other service providers.

You will be dealing with a wide range of issues relating to all aspects of maintenance.

In addition, and upon the completion of training, you will be required to carry out viewings and regular property visits.

Therefore, a UK driving license is essential. Hours are negotiable. Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is essential.


Different Tasks and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with landlord, tenant and other service provider queries.
  • Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and repairs, arranging access.
  • Routine property visits and reporting.
  • Additional adhoc site visits when required.
  • Viewings.
  • From time to time, assisting colleagues with general lettings and property management tasks.
  • General administration.

Working Week (hours and days):

Working hours are negotiable but will include alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pm.


Salary:

Depending on experience. (See below.)

  • Ability to work as a team but also know how to use own initiative.

  • A valid DBS Certificate (this will be arranged prior to commencement of employment)
  • A UK driving license.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
