Where The Bees Fly
FREE:
YOUNG PRODUCER TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN WALSALL / CANNOCK
The project will include community arts projects all themed around climate change and nature, with the final project being the staging of a brand new musical (all with a youth cast) called "Where The Bees Fly".
- Train with professionals working in theatre, arts and event management
- Plan and deliver their own projects, working in the local community across parks and local venues.
- Support the marketing and production of the new musical.
- Gain experience in project and budget management, marketing and community partnerships
- Have the opportunity to gain Level 1, 2 or 3 qualifications through the Arts Award framework
- Work with other professional arts companies across the region.
The initial project runs from January to June 2023 and will require commitment to regular online or in person planning meetings and community workshop days.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a creative career to gain work experience.
We are looking for.
- Anyone with an interest in creative activities and events. You might be an aspiring performer, artist, director, designer, photographer or technician.
- Anyone who is enthusiastic about the arts and being creative
You do not need to have any experience at all, just be willing to learn, work well with others, enthusiastic for creative activities.
