Crowe Watson Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established and highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Oxford, seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Senior to join their team.
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will be involved in a range of activities from preparing financial statements to offering bespoke advice, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audit assignments and liaise with clients to gather necessary information.
- Provide clients with bespoke accounting and tax advice.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Contribute to business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or partqualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
