    We're looking for a Senior Manager of Risk ID, Assessment, Testing & Reporting who will be responsible for ensuring control management is embedded in our day-to-day operations. This involves extensive collaboration with multiple partners across various business units, functional areas, and geographies.

    The Role:

    • Identify risks throughout business processes and systems, working closely with business process owners to ensure a thorough understanding of potential threats
    • Facilitate regular risk assessments, including Process Risk Self-Assessments (PRSAs), to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met
    • Conduct control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends, activities, and events to inform strategic decision-making
    • Proactively identify areas of high-risk for intervention, using automated alerts to signal areas that require attention
    • Review and update categorization of controls, mapping against risks and processes to ensure alignment
    • Advise business units on risk identification and spotting areas where product changes or improved controls may be required
    • Support risk management practices within the business, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability
    • Monitor risk dashboards and key risk indicators (KRIs) for ongoing monitoring
    • Review risk profiles and updated risk registers to ensure accuracy and completeness

    Requirements:

    • 4+ Years experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk and/or Internal Audit function
    • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
    • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively

    Priorities:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
    • Experience in at least one of the following: risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, or thematic risk reporting
