Ark Support Scale 5: Pay Points 5-13: Pro-Rata rate (£24,512-£27,992)

You will be joining a dedicated team of staff lead by a Principal who has a proven success record.


This role will suit someone who enjoys working with young people and understands the importance of supporting students to help them reach their full potential.


You will work with the SENCO to provide tailored support to pupils who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, playing a vital role in supporting pupils, both in a one-to-one setting and in larger and whole class groups.


We are looking for someone who is committed to the outcomes of every student and is looking to develop their career in secondary education.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience of a classroom setting with possible further development onto the Ark teacher training programme.

  • Have experience of working with secondary age students
  • Able to motivate and inspire students
  • Be committed to raising attainment
  • Be able to manage behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
  • Be committed to the Ethos of the school

Qualification Criteria:


  • Educated to degree level, English or History (desirable)
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
