Description

This is a varied role which will involve processing a back log of invoices for the customer service so excellent attention to detail and organisation are key for this role.

You will be working in a supportive working environment and they will provide training.

Description

  • Processing invoices onto the CRM system
  • Liaising with customers to provide them with updates on their claims
  • Sending out customer information packs
  • General administration
