Description
Duties:
- Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patients' mental health status
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Experience:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred
- Strong leadership skills to guide junior staff members
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping
- Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. MUST have NHS experience and clean DBS.
