Hutcheon Mearns are supporting a large Perth based business to add to the Accounts Receivable team, undertaking sales ledger processing within the group ensuring accurate and efficient records are maintained.


  • Maintain billing records ensuring they are uptodate and accurate.
  • Raise and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Allocation of all monies received from various sources.
  • Processing direct debit collections
  • Liaising regarding any unpaid invoices ensuring credit control procedures are adhered to.
  • Calculating and arranging refunds as and when required
  • Develop internal and external relationships with key contacts.
