Hutcheon Mearns are supporting a large Perth based business to add to the Accounts Receivable team, undertaking sales ledger processing within the group ensuring accurate and efficient records are maintained.
- Maintain billing records ensuring they are uptodate and accurate.
- Raise and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Allocation of all monies received from various sources.
- Processing direct debit collections
- Liaising regarding any unpaid invoices ensuring credit control procedures are adhered to.
- Calculating and arranging refunds as and when required
- Develop internal and external relationships with key contacts.
