The Little Box Office is an innovative, small, growing company that needs a key new member of the team to help us grow and serve clients.

Being small, we are flexible, friendly and do our best to look after our clients, enabling them to put on events that range from Santa's Grottos to theatrical productions to fireworks nights, entertaining their local communities, and building relationships.

Our clients can be people who run theatres, creative entrepreneurs who are putting on a new event, like a light show in the woods or at a cathedral, or schools who use our system for all of their activities that need to be ticketed.

We serve clients all over the world but the majority of clients are in the UK and all speak English.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey with our company.

We are looking for someone who is able to live our values, and who is passionate about helping others and enjoys learning how to use new software.

You will become an expert in the software.

You will be an integral part of the company, and one of the first points of contact for existing clients


You will need to:

• Support clients through your excellent product knowledge
• Demonstrate a total commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Show great customer call handling ability
• Have a track record of at least two years
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work as an individual
• Ability to deal with difficult customer conversations when they arise
• Ability to work to deadlines

Experience working in the ticketing or events industry is preferred.

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
