Group1 Brighton is looking for a Service Administrator.


Your role


You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Service Administrator position involves:


  • Administration duties within the service department
  • To deal with customer's requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
  • To record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.

Your profile
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

  • Customer awareness.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
