Group1 Brighton is looking for a Service Administrator.Your role
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.
- Administration duties within the service department
- To deal with customer's requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
- To record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.
Your profile
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer awareness.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full driving license.
