Purple Giraffe Recruitment are looking for Servers and experienced Bar Staff for a fabulous privately owned Country Club & Hotel in Bishopton, Renfrewshire.

We are interviewing today (Thursday at 10.30am and also Friday at 10.30am)

This is for a very special event, and we are looking for 4 waiting staff very driven, professional and highly motivated team.

This will be a very busy day, and the shift on offer will be from 1pm - 6pm (approx times).

The venue is stunning, and promises to be a great and very exciting shift.

You will need to have a white shirt/blouse, black trousers and black shoes for the event. You will be provided with a name badge and tie.

Examples of what you can expect:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements'''

Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required
