Description

General Administration department strategy is to deliver excellent general administrative services to the whole bank covering different functions including project management, facilities, logistic and events, admin and central filing, systems, commercial property and security operations, residential and commercial property management.

As an Assistant - External Affairs Administration, you will be responsible to assist the Chinese Chambers of Commerce in the UK (CCCUK) with research and report writing tasks including facilitating and monitoring the implementation of projects, coordinating internal and external communication with the Bank's related departments, consultants, and other suppliers, and preparing and distributing materials.

This is a full time permanent position.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of relevant projects
  • Prepare and distribute materials for briefings, presentations, progress reports and initiatives
  • Ensure that project documents are complete, uptodate and filed appropriately
  • Collect, analyse and organise data
  • Conduct report writing tasks
  • Identify key areas of improvement in research design and implementation
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the team
  • Present work in written and verbal form to different stakeholders
  • Translate documents when required
  • Assist with budget and cost analysis

Requirements:


  • Degree educated within a Finance related field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting or MBA)
  • Experience in Accounting or Banking
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good awareness and understanding of current Compliance Regulatory requirements
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin is desirable
