WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a talented Advanced Battery Management System Chapter Head to oversea activities associated to You will have the opportunity to take a lead role for the next generation BMS technical solutions for JLR.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

You will get to own and be responsible for the technical strategy for BMS
We will need you to provide BMS ECU hardware specification and critiqu.
You will own the responsibility for SW controls requirements
We want you to be the rimary contact with project design leads driving HW/SW integration and validation at component and vehicle level
You will have responsibility to design and deliver HIL platforms for SW validation and verification

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

The talent person will come to the role with knowledge of Li-ion battery and power supply systems and a proven background in delivering projects with ASPICE and ISO26262.

You will be working with a supportive team with the help of the newest technologies and to help you achieve your goals

You-ll hve experience of developing technical requirements specifications and associated test plans and have considerable experience of automotive controls and associated electrical / electronic hardware.

And finally, have a degree or equivalent in software / electronic engineering or associated discipline (or relevant time served experience), with a sound understanding of engineering principles
