Complaints & Customer Service Administrator required for an award winning company based in Harlow.

Reporting to the brokering manager, your responsibilities in this role would include:

  • Daily filing of Broking files and paperwork (when required)
  • Obtain full knowledge and use of company computer processes and systems
  • Dealing with customer queries through Live Chat
  • Dealing with inbound/outgoing sales/customer services calls on an overflow basis (when required)
The company offers great training with personal development reviews twice yearly.***- Experience in complaint handling and procedures

  • Excellent phone manner, communication and written skills
  • Ability to work within a team and alone when necessary
  • Deal with situations where the customers' expectations have not been met and achieving a positive outcome that gives the customer with a positive impression
  • Have the ability to organise time effectively and stay on top of all queries
  • Good computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards


In return will be a salary of £24,000 based on hours of 9am - 5pm, with benefits including travel insurance, pension scheme and increasing holiday in line with length of service.
