Description
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and understand project goals
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimised for various devices
  • Utilize AJAX, Telerik, Angular, and other relevant technologies to enhance website functionality
  • Incorporate information architecture principles to ensure intuitive navigation and organisation of content
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize website performance and user experience
  • Ensure websites are compliant with web accessibility standards
  • Update and maintain existing websites using content management systems such as
WordPress

  • Test websites for crossbrowser compatibility and resolve any issues that arise

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Acrobat, InVision, Visio, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • Experience working with SCSS or other CSS preprocessors is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Salary:
£20,115.32-£38,218.71 per year
