CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a global leader to support them on the recruitment of a Financial Operations Accountant.

The Financial Operations Accountant will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team on providing accurate and timely execution of general accounting, period end closing and reporting activities.

What will the Finance Operations Accountant role involve?

Day to day responsibilities will involve business partnering with numerous internal stakeholders in order to complete and deliver tasks relating to multiple business areas including: supporting on budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, P&L preparation,audit requirements;
Drafting technical accounting material, reporting under relevant accounting standards;
Involvement in continuous improvement activities;
Work closely and delegate tasks to juniors within the team to support completion of period end close, compliance to financial policies and procedures;
Adhoc reporting and project based accounting.
ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified;
Excellent communication, Excel and IT skills;
Previous experience in Management Accounting / Business Partnering would be desire but is not essential.
