We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and can work well as a team member, for our expanding pet food outlet.
Our customers are the heart of everything we do, and we need you to help create a personal, relaxing insightful, shopping environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, that specializes in high-quality healthy pet food and bespoke advice.
This role spans many areas of the business and as such, the applicant must be flexible and happy to work on a variety of tasks throughout the day.
The successful applicant must have
- A naturally friendly, warm, and helpful manner
- Confident, enthusiastic and solution focused.
- Good IT & Communication Skills
- Your own transport. (Shop is not hard to get to, but public transport links to Battlesbridge aren't great, please research).
Retail Job Duties
- Serving customers & processing transactions at checkout.
- Checking, unpacking, and displaying goods in.
- Purchase ordering and stock inventory.
- Listing products on a website and EPOS system. (Training provided)
- Providing shopping advice and making recommendations to customers.
Hours/days
This role is for 5 days a week including Saturdays 9am -5.30 pm
