Project Lead - London - Permanent - £45-65k
ARM are working with a well-known infrastructure client who are currently involved with large scale construction in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Lead to join their team based in London.

About You:

You will need to be able to deliver complex projects in live operational facilities
You will need to have experience in risk management
You will need to have experience in being in control of projects schedules and working out the cost to deliver projects.
You will need to have Experience of Project Delivery using the NEC4 or NEC3 suite of contracts
You will need experience in the production of Business Cases from Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) to Final Business Case (FBC).

What you will be doing:

You will be looking after the delivery of a diverse range of projects insuring they arrive safely, from the strategic definition phase to devising the execution strategy and managing suppliers to bring the project to completion.

This role provides an opportunityto work on a variety of schemes including demolition, MEP, utilities and specialist containment upgrades/builds.

This role is for a Project Lead based in London, it requires you to be in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
It would be helpful if you have Security clearance of CTC or higher would be preferred for this role but is not essential.

We do not currently offer any sponsorship for roles as well as not providing visas. So you will need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role.
