Description

Residential Children's Support Workers required up to £26,450 per annum

Must have valid right to work in UK as no sponsorship can be offered

Pier 2 Pier Care Services are currently recruiting for a support worker for our clients brand new bespoke, therapeutic home that provides support for children from years of age in Bradford.

The company's mission is to improve the outcomes for young people by using a therapeutic informed approach and principles to enable the young people to develop, feel safe and reach their futures goals.

We are committed to investing in young people so they can have the right tools practically and internally, so they are able to repair from their past traumas, feel safe, able to regulate their emotions so they can learn, develop to achieve their full potential.

We are ideally looking for experience within residential Childrens work with a genuine passion and desire to enhance a young persons childhood and future.

We also welcome people with life and work experience for this role, as we value direct experience just as much as qualifications.

Full clean drivers license is essential.

Hours are 2 days on (including sleep in) and 4 days off on a rolling rota to include some weekends which is aimed at giving the best possible work life balance.
