Customer Service Advisor

Salary dependant on experience

Full Time

Permanent Contract

Location:
Swaffham or Holt

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the North and West Norfolk Agency, and there is an option to work from either the Swaffham or Holt Office.

About the role:

A customer facing role handling general Insurance enquiries, claims, policy alterations and renewals.

Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies, initially Motor and Home policies, introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.

You may also be required to undertake additional tasks or duties from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

About You:

A self-motivated individual you will show initiative, be organised, punctual with an eye for detail and excited to provide excellent customer service.

You will be willing to follow a full desktop training program to meet the NFU Mutual required standards.
