We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Executive to join our global talent team This role will focus on recruitment for the Media arm of dunnhumby, so it's essential you have exposure to recruiting in the media industry.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for hiring top class talent within Digital Media and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.


What you'll be working on

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within the Media division to develop and implement resourcing plans for roles at all levels.
  • Work with senior leadership to devise short, medium and longterm recruitment strategies for your business area.
  • Support the team by supporting on roles across different functions and regions when needed.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the digital media industry, whether that's inhouse, RPO or agency
  • High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive recruiting experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
  • Experience managing senior level stakeholders
