ActionAid UK is a member of the ActionAid Federation, an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. As part of the ActionAid Federation, we work with women and girls, our partners, and dedicated staff in 43 countries to end violence and fight poverty so that all women, everywhere, can create the future they want.
1st round interviews will take place on 28th July and 4th August. 2nd round interviews will take place on 9th and 10th of August
Now is a great time to join ActionAid UK as our Recruitment Advisor.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple campaigns simultaneously. Utilising your experience with an Applicant Tracking System, you will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Your expertise in using social media for talent attraction will be crucial in promoting our vacancies and attracting top talent.
As a part of our team, you will build strong networks and relationships, drawing upon your experience in recruitment agencies.
You will also play a key role in providing support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and contribute to the continuous improvement of our resourcing practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as is a commitment to ActionAid's mission, vision, values, and strategic aims.
Your understanding of feminist principles and dedication to working for the rights of women and girls will be highly valued.

all days and if so, these will clearly be marked as in-office roles.
