We're looking for people to join our amazing Bus Operations team across Greater Manchester, we have vacancies across some of our hubs that we're looking to fill now, and due to work we are doing across Greater Manchester, we're looking to recruit to our talent bank for roles over the next 6 months.


A little bit about our Utility Officers
In our stations we have three key roles, Bus Station Assistants, Travel Shop Assistants and Supervisors. As a Utility Officer, you'll cover multiple stations and work across all 3 roles w.needed.

You will be the familiar face people see on their daily travels, the friend who says hello every day, the custodian who helps to keep everyone safe and the person who cares about assisting passengers in distress or if they need help on their way.

Every day will be different, you'll meet people from all areas of Greater Manchester, lead our teams &advise and enable our customers to get w.they are going.

You might well be the first person in Greater Manchester they meet and you will provide them with the best possible customer service.

We're looking for people who are interested in people, if you want to serve your community and those of Greater Manchester, helping people on their journeys, keeping our stations clean, safe and tidy, then we want to hear from you.

We're more interested in who you are and the amazing impact you can have on our passenger's day, than your background.

You'll have previously supervised or led a team and will be hugely passionate about great customer service.


What's in it for you?


We offer a competitive salary, starting from £25,916, plus a shift allowance of 15%, this means that as you'll work on a rostered basis, so we'll add an extra 15% onto your total pay for the month (not just for certain shifts).
