HACS Group has a vacancy for a


Senior Buyer.

This full time position working Monday to Friday will be based at our Harrogate head office working as part of our team in the Construction sector of our group of companies.

Reporting to Directors the position will be heading up our buying department for building materials.

The role will involve all aspects of buying for multiple construction projects in a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare new build and refurbishment throughout Yorkshire.

Overseeing our buying assistant the role will involve;
Liaising with the commercial and site teams to plan procurement against tight deadlines.

Handling pricing enquiries and negotiating prices and potential specification changes.

Quantifying material requirements.

Strong IT ability is essential preferably with experience of SAGE accounting and Microsoft Office products.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
