We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Act as an ambassador of the company with customers and the public, conducting yourself in a professional manner, being polite, courteous and helpful.
Conduct deliveries in accordance with the plan and/or instructions from the transport office.
Operate in line with company Health and safety policy and procedures, following approved risk assessments and ensuring live assessments of risks in the workplace (dynamic risk assessments).
To be trained and have a thorough understanding of the ADR carriage of dangerous goods regulations
Safe handling of Hazardous water treatment chemicals following clearly defined processes.
Provision of firstclass safe, efficient and customerfocused packed chemical delivery service to our customers end users.
Operate all provided IT software and systems in line with training and operational requirements
Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately and in real time during a working shift

Now, here's what we need from you:

Minimum 1year professional driving experience
ADR qualification for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods is required.
Appropriate HGV Driver Licence 18 tonne / 26tonne rigid vehicles and Tachograph card is essential
Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions. The mathematical ability to complete basic calculations is essential

IT Literacy is essential
