'''Duties'''- Assist the lead teacher in providing instruction and support to students
- Work oneonone or in small groups with students who need extra help
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs

- Provide tutoring and mentoring to students to enhance their learning experience
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Experience working with children, preferably in a teaching or tutoring role
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational skills to assist in managing classroom materials and resources
