You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, and providing an administrative support. We are looking for someone has great customer service skills, who has a confident persona
Salary:
£20,350 (OTE £22,800)
Location:
Chester (hybrid working available)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Duration:
Permanent

Main responsibilities:
- Creating great relationships with clients, keeping in frequent contact.
- Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Great customer service skills
- Able to build longstanding relationships.
- Outgoing and energetic personality with ability to communicate well
- Good on Excel, and able to pick up systems.
