Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a market-leading client.

You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, and providing an administrative support. We are looking for someone has great customer service skills, who has a confident persona


Salary:
£20,350 (OTE £22,800)


Location:
Chester (hybrid working available)


Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm


Duration:
Permanent

Main responsibilities:


  • Creating great relationships with clients, keeping in frequent contact.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- providing an administrative support.


Key Skills and Attributes:


  • Great customer service skills
  • Able to build longstanding relationships.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with ability to communicate well
  • Good on Excel, and able to pick up systems.
