Industrial Recruitment Solutions Limited (IRS) are urgently recruiting a
logistic support/transport administrator for our clients small offices based in
West Bromwich.
This role will be full-time, temporary and leading to permanent employment for the right applicant.
Working Hours
- 07:30 16:30 Monday to Thursday
- 07:3012:30 Fridays
This will include;
- Input customer Schedules to ERP system
- Analyse significant variance and report accordingly
- Attend Operational Meetings to review concerns and prioritise actions
- Progress product on a priority basis with Team Leaders
- Raise Subcontract / Dispatch Notes / Labels
- Liaise with Dispatch Supervision / Subcontractors
- Reconcile Daily Shipments V Actual, Report Concerns
- Review arrears on regular basis and update customers accordingly.
Salary:
£23,500.00 per year
