Job Summary
Handyman/handywoman required for busy 33 bed dementia care home.

Role includes all aspects of routine maintenance, liaising with electrician and heating engineers, painting and decorating, flooring, joinery and drainage work.

Role includes fire checks, security checks, environmental checks and audits. Role also includes driving of a wheelchair accessible vehicle for resident appointments and maintenance use.

Full driving licence essential and minibus licence desirable. Previous similar experience is desirable as the role is a multi skilled one. Position ideal for semi retired professional tradesperson.

Salary:
£10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
