ABOUT THE COMPANY


My client offers a wide range of project packages including drylining, screeding, suspended ceilings and more recently Passive Fire protection, with projects spanning from £1,000 to £1m with average orders around £250k.

Working in the Residential, care home, healthcare, commercial, education, and Industrial warehouses. My client is a leader within their local area and are turning over £10m.


ABOUT THE ROLE


My Client is looking for an estimator that's previously worked for a Drylining Company, with specialist industry knowledge and experience.


  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
  • Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
  • Performing risk and value management and cost control
  • Advising on procurement strategy
  • Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
  • Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Our Client is offering a salary between £50,000 and £70,000 depending on experience. To work within an established team who have a strong industry name.
