Job Description:

Morgan McKinley is working with an award winning and rapidly expanding International business based in central Bath, to recruit a Management Accountant.

My client is a growing business with an excellent reputation and a Group turnover in excess of £400mln.

The role

Working within a fast growing team which looks after all the financial reporting and compliance for the Group, you will be responsible for producing and reviewing management accounts prior to consolidation.

You will be dealing with multiple entities and currencies in a fast paced and highly collaborative finance team, and will also have responsibility for cashflow forecasts and VAT returns in this pivotal role for the business.

The role also comes with leadership responsibility of a team of 3, and you will assist with budget production and support with the reconciliation and review of the balance sheet recs.

There is also a business partnering element to the role, so you will need the confidence and enthusiasm to engage effectively with various stakeholders across the Group, and provide value add analysis to better understand variances or trends.

My client is looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant with a continuous improvement mindset and some previous line management experience.

You will have previous experience of working for a large business, and the confidence to challenge processes and driveefficiencies.
