Project One England LTD/ Speedy Freight operate a franchise of a same day delivery/courier service.


We are recruiting for a customer service advisor, as a customer service advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers.

This means you'll be the ears and voice of Project One England LTD/ Speedy Freight.

This role will include as follows

  • Handling incoming customer job quotations, bookings, queries and questions.
  • Support customer enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls ensuring each customer is satsified with the service you provide.
  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations and outcomes are recorded.
Hours

  • Monday to Friday 09:0017:00
No Remote working


Salary:
£18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
