Introduction


We are proud to be recruiting for an Apprenticeship Trainer in Construction delivering the Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor standard.

This will be a full-time, permanent role with frequent travel across East/South East of England to deliver the programmeseither remotely or face-to-face in 1 to 1 or group learning sessions (fuel expenses provided).

Theyare an Ofsted grade 1 provider and are looking for an experienced and qualified trainer/assessor to join their team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the level 4 Construction Site Supervisor standard programme and qualification on Functional skills in ICT, Maths, and English at level 2 via face-to-face and remotely
  • Providing quality teaching and learning sessions ensuring KPIs are met
  • Create materials that will fit the learners' needs supporting them towards the completion of the programme
  • Providing additional information to the learners' area of difficulty and ensure to record all the work, intervention, and reviews of the learners in the eportfolio
  • Identify new referrals and opportunities for the learners to progress and maintain caseloads
  • Adhering to quality and compliance completely

Experience and Skills:
As a Trainer in Construction Site Supervisor, you will need the following to be successful:

  • Experience delivering Apprenticeship standards as a Teaching assessor
  • Experience supervising workers and contractors on construction projects
  • Knowledge in assessment, training delivery, and government funding streams
  • Prior experience in English and Maths delivery
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with coworkers, learners and etc
  • Full driving license and access to a car
