Reed Finance Practice are proud to have been engaged on an exclusive basis to recruit a qualified, Senior Accountant for a reputable local firm of accountants within an easy commute from St Neots


The role of Senior Accountant has been created due to the generation of new business and growth of the firm.

As well as providing their long-standing clients with accounting services, the firm also works with companies to consult on how the Directors andowners can drive their businesses forward.

The role of Senior Accountant will involve

  • Preparation of sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts.
  • Preparation of management accounts including posting entries directly to online bookkeeping systems such as QuickBooks, Xero and Sage.
  • Providing training and support to clients both remotely and at their premises.
  • Dealing with payroll and CIS returns.


We invite those who hold an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, AAT with experience within an accountancy firm to apply.

Your technical experience, along with the above accounting tasks, will include the use of Sage, Quickbooks and/or Xero.


You will enjoy being a "big fish in a small pond", be self-motivated, technically up to date, trustworthy, able to achieve objectives whilst working independently and come with a can-do attitude.
