Description

IDTechEx, a market intelligence company focusing in the area of technology innovation, is looking for an in-house Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive company growth.

The main focus for the role will be on attracting high quality talent for the company's Analyst team but may include working with other teams (business development, marketing, editorial, etc.) as needs arise.


Main areas of responsibility:


  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and develop recruiting strategies
  • Creating campaigns, materials and adverts showcasing IDTechEx as a great place to work
  • Working closely with recruitment agencies, university career services, and suggest and action other strategies of finding people we seek
  • Traveling within the UK to attend university recruitment fairs
  • Support the hiring team by organizing and attending inperson interviews (London and Cambridge)
  • Managing new starters: offer letters, contracts, onboarding schedules

Job requirements:


  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good emotional intelligence with ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealings with others
  • High integrity and able to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Enthusiastic team player who can actively contribute in a flexible and adaptable manner
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing.
  • Competent with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel frequently to London and Cambridge
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
  • Ideally, experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Salary:

£30,000 to £45,000 per annum
